On behalf of the Committee, I hereby give formal notice of the 2026 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Society.
While we look forward to coming together as a community, the 2026 AGM will be held online via Zoom on Saturday, 28 November 2026.
This year, we have an important agenda item regarding the term extension of our current executive officers to ensure stable leadership and strategic continuity for the Society’s future initiatives from 2027 onwards.
Furthermore, it is a crucial time for our Society to make collective decisions on key matters in response to recent government regulatory updates.
A detailed agenda, along with the Zoom access link and relevant meeting papers, will be circulated prior to the meeting. We look forward to your active participation.
