Notice of Special General Meeting: Adoption of New Constitution & Reregistration

To: All Members of Green Medicine Association of New Zealand Incorporated (GMANZ)

Dear Members,

On behalf of the Committee, I hereby give formal notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Society.

This meeting is specifically convened to modernize our governance structure in accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and to ensure the Society’s continued legal standing in New Zealand.

[NEWS] Getting ready for a fresh start

The 2023 Annual General Meeting has been convened. It was a great time to discuss the business plan for the coming year and how we can support our members’ businesses. Most notably, a new executive team was elected. A new Chairperson was elected to lead GMANZ from 2024 onwards, as well as committee chairs to support the association’s various committees.

[NOTICE] Annual General Meeting over two

The time is coming when we can all be together. The 2023 AGM will be held over two meetings, the first on March 1 for project planning and scheduling, and the second on Saturday, April 1 for annual financial reporting.

I am pleased to invite you all members holding the vote in Annual General Meeting which will be held in the executive room, Hamilton. At 2: p.m. on Wednesday March. I do hope as many of you as possible are able to attend, please.
