Notice of Special General Meeting: Adoption of New Constitution & Reregistration

Dear Members,
On behalf of the Committee, I hereby give formal notice of a Special General Meeting (SGM) of the Society.
This meeting is specifically convened to modernize our governance structure in accordance with the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 and to ensure the Society’s continued legal standing in New Zealand.
1. Meeting Details
- Date: Friday, 27th March 2026
- Time: 10:00 AM (NZDT)
- Location: Virtual Meeting via Zoom (The link is emailed to all members)
2. Agenda (Business of the Meeting)
- Resolution 1: To approve and adopt the new Constitution (New Version) as the primary rules of the Society.
- Resolution 2: To authorize the Committee to apply for reregistration of the Society under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022.
- Resouliton 3: To formally confirm that the existing interests in the current strategic partners, as detailed in the Interests Register, continue under the new Constitution.
